Clay’s Cafe Delivery Policy

Ordering your food for delivery from Clay’s Café constitutes acceptance of our delivery policy as outlined here.

When you call to place your order, have your complete order ready.

Do not let your young children place your order.

Tell us of any coupons or discounts you have before completing the order.

Allow at least an hour for delivery, more if you are calling on a Friday or Saturday night. Peak times are from 5 – 7:30 p.m. and the delivery time may be longer during these times.

Do not ask the order taker how long it will take. We are not in control of the future.

Do not call back and ask about the status of your order if it has not been more than 1 ½ hours. We are working as fast as possible to get your order to you.

Your order will be repeated when taken. LISTEN CAREFULLY. Corrections need to be given at that time, not after your food has been delivered. If we make a mistake on your order, you must call that day and let us know or we can not make restitution.

Your driver will have change unless you have a large bill. Please inform the order taker of any large bills.

Have your porch light on before we arrive and do not turn it off until we leave your driveway. Take care to have your pets contained before we arrive, we are on a tight schedule.

Keep in mind that while we want to serve you in the most efficient manner possible, you are not our only customer. We have dine in, carry out, and factory orders to contend with.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS WILL CAUSE US TO FLAG YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ORDER FOR DELIVERY IN THE FUTURE.
